Daily Greeting

I bought those Skinny Cow Fudge Sickles. Taste too good. I'm thinking buying one "real" fudge sickle, occassionally, might be better than trucking in a whole box of "low cal" treats. I find I do better w/one serving of a sweet in the house. We'll see. Any opinions on this subject? I know food shouldn't be a reward. But occasionally, I like to have a desert. Slippery slope though. Managing okay, for now.

just hanging in there during this latest transition in my life. food is being handled well. including fruits and vegetables, not much protein, and a fair amount of healthy high fiber carbs. with new job on the horizon, i have no out of control food cravings. in fact i'm making myself eat. nice change to tell you the truth.

i can see why i missed the new posts and lost a buddy last month. the first post is always in the past. i don't know how to get the most recent post to display, and then list replies accordingly. oh well. the good news is i walked 3 miles today. i walked them slow, in shoes that hurt my feet. but i walked. i'll get some new shoes.
