Forget HCG...on to a more satisfying diet..
As per my normal coffee with non-fat non dairy creamer and splenda, 2 egg whites, and turkey bacon. Lunch beefy-mushroom soup which is broth and pumpkin based, and for Dinner low carb meatloaf and steamed broccoli. Water, water, and more water...On my last week break from my 3 months of dieting, I didn't change a lot, I occasionally had fast food, but not often. I had one ice cream drumstick, but still stayed with my water. I did notice, I felt horrible, no energy, rich foods made me feel half sick. I welcomed my return to healthier foods. On a good note I never gained a pound. Hopefully this humid, hot, and miserable heat gives a bit so I can be outside more.    |

I've been back in my garage on the tread milll, did a mile yesterday and only 15 min of weights. I wanted to restart slowly so I'm not sore. Then last night while watching tv, did lots of different ab workouts, and butt toning exercises.
Breakfast: Pancakes (made with almond flour, egg, vanilla, and water), butter, and sugar free maple syrup.
Lunch: spinach egg drop soup (love this)
Dinner: Meatball sub (minus the bun)
water, water, ad more water...132 oz yesterday
Haven't weighted making that a once a week thing, so I don't get depressed. Endocrinologist appointment Aug 26th..Maybe this guy can figure out what is wrong with me and why I don't drop any weight but water.   |

Today 270...I'm not gaining, but I'm not losing either. I keep reading "eat more" guess what I eat more, I retain water like a sinking boat. Ran, half a mile straight, I am slowing building up. Today only coffee for breakfast, which i know is bad, but i can't make myself eat, when I'm not hungry. So maybe later I'll have some soup, or some egg whites. The 26th can't get here fast enough.   |

Busy running kids, to sports all week. Managed 1 McDonald's grilled chicken salad a day for the last 2 days. So under 500 calories a day accidentally. Still working out and no weight loss.   |

Got up at 5am today had a cup of coffee, then hit the treadmill and weights. Scale says 265 today. So i'm losing 1/2 to 1lb a day. I've only had 145 calories today and 4 carbs. But tested my sugar its dropped from 141 down to 120 again, after weeks up upper 150's. Also I'm not diabetic. That is why I have to see an endocrinologist this month 20 days to go. Dinner spinach egg drop soup.   |

Yesterday I had an Italian salad, with creamy Italian dressing...water, and one cup of coffee. Today Ice tea with splenda and a g****fruit for breakfast. Scale now reads 262 lbs. Still walking and doing weights. A lot of crunches at night while watching tv. As my goals go first goal from 293 to get to 250...then second goal 200, last goal 150. I hope to achieve it by May 2012.   |

On the 9th, green tea with splenda, kinda fell off my diet from spending the day moving my parents, had a couple doughnut holes at breakfast, beef noodles and mashed potatoes..blak..I ate very little of it I just don't care for potatoes at all now or noodles. Back to my water and salads tomorrow.   |

Re: Forget HCG...on to a more satisfying diet..
Been busy for a few days moving my dad, my diet greatly suffered. Being at my mother's house with her cooking was torture, but still didn't eat any of it. Just coffee with half n half and splenda, tons of water. Back to an 8lb of water retention. Today cranberry flax muffin, lunch 2 eggs, 2 pieces turkey bacon. Spent today baking flax buns for turkey burgers, and the cranberry flax muffins. I gotta get more flax back into my diet the fiber really stops any hunger pangs, a little bit of it leaves me very full. Flax is also a no carb type of food because its all fiber, and fiber is not digested or absorbed by the body. So it promotes weight loss, and its great for muscles.   | |
