Not exactly a beginner - just a long break

How bad is it that I can't even get through a DVD without wanting to die... I have decided to reenter the fitness world a a hiatus. Good luck with that eh? Have not found any active forums, If anyone is interested, I have added a few posts looking for activity.

Guess I'll join the group here, I was doing great last year, but after a weekend off I never got going again... until a month ago. I joined a gym with my husband, and we've just totally enjoyed everyday! I'm not depressed anymore! I'm excited about life, I can't wait to get going agin today! My friend has joined us there too, I hope she will notice the emotional difference immediately too! Keep going guys, you will feel great!!!

Wow Tina - good job! It is very motivating to hear you say that, you know I wonder about attacking both exercise and diet changes at the same time...do you think this is a good idea? Or is it better to try to change one bad habit at a time! I am so glad you all have had good luck! Keep up the good work Tina...

I'm new to this ,but so far I am doing ok. I sometimes don't feel like exercising but I still do them. It's been a long time since I have felt this motivated. It's awesome getting back into shape. Even if you dont do the exercises as intense as you usually do it's at least something
