Re: Dont Be Shy.....
How do I get myself motivated enough to work through the initial pain and strain of exercising after so long?

I have an infant son. He always wants attention, never wants to be left alone, and always wants to be picked up. How can I work in an exercise routine with a crying baby clinging to my heels?

Re: Dont Be Shy.....
I find myself motivated when I watch a movie when Im in the treadmill, I split the movie in parts then I get motivated to came back and try to finish it or, I get audio books, or I read in the treadmill when Im warming up or cool down, also I found some tapes like Zumba that teach salsa , merenge even samba and that mantainme entretain and motivate me, find something that you like and mix it with your exercises, music its a great motivator too.
Good luck and I hope you find your way to exercise

i have a six month old daughter the same way....i find that if i put her in one of those baby carrier and walk or even in the stroller it works...another thing that works for me is to put her in the swing and workout righth in front of her making sure i talk to her the whole time....put in some silly dances that still burn and make her smile....

Re: Dont Be Shy.....
Last year sometime I lost some weight (and now i have obviously fell off track). I liked the weight that I was at, but I was starting to lose EVERYTHING. Not only did my chest become smaller (which I didn't mind), but my behind became nonexistent. What can I do to maintain some sort of shape to my behind as I lose weight?
