OHHH the pain - how to avoid/minimize the pain?
Hi everyone, I'm new. I just started the beginner's weight loss training routine, 3 days ago I did my first work out with dumbells and the ball. My quads are so sore still. Tomorrow I'll be doing the same routine.
I'm warming up and stretching before hand, then doing 10 - 20 minutes of yoga afterwards. What can I do to reduce the soreness? I'm not using heavy barbells and really its my legs that are the sorest.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

eat otemeal and a banna after you workout and drink a lot of water
