Okay, I'm back to being motivated!
I just wanted to know how others stay motivated to stay with it! I'm a full time grad student, work full time, have two teenaged daughters, and I am married. Arrrghhhhh! At any rate, I've discovered that I can squeeze hour walks at various times over the course of a week...so I'm going to try that.
Anyone have any good walking music tracks they would like to share?
