Procedure :
1/2 lb Grated cheese 4 Egg yolk 1 oz Seasoned flour Oil for frying 1 c Tomato sauce, as a dip Blend egg yolks and cheese to a paste. Shape into small balls and pass in seasoned flour then fry in oil til golden brown. Serve with tomato sauce. |
