Apple Cream PieRecipe : Apple Cream Pie
Procedure :
4 cups peeled and thinly sliced apples 1 cup white sugar 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 4 tablespoons butter or margarine 2 cups half and half cream 1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust Directions: 1 Place apples in pie shell. Mix together sugar, flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over apples in shell. 2 Melt the butter or margarine and stir into cream. Pour liquids over apples. 3 Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Makes 1 nine inch pie Converted by MC_Buster. |
