Aunt Martha's Ginger SnapsRecipe :  Aunt Martha's Ginger Snaps 
Procedure :   
1 c Butter 1 tb Ginger 1 c Sugar 1 ts Soda 1 c Molasses 1 ts Salt 3 1/2 c Flour Cream butter; add sugar, and cream until smooth. Add molasses. Sift flour with ginger, soda and salt. Add to first mixture. Form into balls the size of a small walnut. Place on greased cookie sheets. Flatten with the back of a tablespoon. Bake at 375 degrees about 10 minutes. Makes about 6 dozen.
