Blueberry Lemon LoafRecipe : Blueberry Lemon Loaf
Procedure :
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon water 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel 2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- softened 3 cups Gold Medal Better for Bread Flour 2 tablespoons dry milk 3 tablespoons sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons Fleischmann's Bread Machine Yeast 1/3 cup dried blueberries -- or currants Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust setting. Push start. Use of a delay timer is okay. Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf. Formatted for you by Ilene Warfield. |
