Buttermilk Wheat BreadRecipe : Buttermilk Wheat Bread
Procedure :
LARGE LOAF: 1 1/2 cups buttermilk 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt 3 cups bread flour 1/3 cup whole wheat flour 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast -- 1/4 oz. pkg.
