Cheese Custard PieRecipe : Cheese Custard Pie
Procedure :
3/4 Lb Cottage Cheese 3 Eggs 3/4 C Sugar 1 Heaping Tbl Flour 1 1/4 C Milk 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract Put cottage cheese through a sieve. Add sugar, flour, egg yolks, milk and vanilla extract. Mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into mixture, Pour into crust and bake for 3/4 hours in a medium oven (350 degrees). |
