Barbeque Pork RoastRecipe : Barbeque Pork Roast
Procedure :
3 pounds beef or pork roast -- (up to 4) 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon dry mustard 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoons paprika 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 cup ketchup 1 cup water Mix all ingredients but meat in saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 3-5 minutes. Pour over roast in roasting pan. Cook in 325~ oven for 3 hours. Baste frequently. Shred roast after it has cooled. Serve with rolls or on noodles.
