Chili#2Recipe : Chili#2
Procedure :
1 1/2 pounds ground beef -- chicken, or turkey 2 cups water 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon curry powder 3 tomatoes -- diced 4 cups cooked kidney beans or pinto beans 1 onion -- chopped 1 bunch green onions -- sliced 1 1/2 cups grated natural sharp cheese -- or mild cheddar cheese In a frying pan, saute meat until lightly browned. Pour off drippings. Add wate r, chili, and curry powder; simmer 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and beans; heat thro ugh. Stir in onions. Ladle into serving bowls and sprinkle on cheese.
