Recipe : Bourbon Chicken2
Procedure :

4 tablespoons butter

4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves

6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate -- thawed

3 tablespoons bourbon

Brown chicken in butter over medium heat. Add orange juice concentrate; simmer until chicken is tender. Remove chicken from pan. Add bourbon to orange juice. Place chicken back into the sauce. Heat through and serve immediately.
