Broccoli- Rice CasseroleRecipe : Broccoli- Rice Casserole
Procedure :
1/2 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup margarine 1 cup rice, cooked 1 teaspoon salt 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1 (10-oz. pkg) frozen chopped or fresh broccoli, cooked Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onions and celery in margarine until tender . Combine all ingredients. Pour into large casserole dish. Sprinkle additional c heese over top, if desired. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and casse role is hot. Serves 6 |
