Broccoli Ricotta QuicheRecipe : Broccoli Ricotta Quiche
Procedure :
3/4 cup chopped cooked broccoli 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion 2 eggs 3/4 cup plain low fat yogurt 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon white pepper Grated nutmeg Spread broccoli in bottom of pastry shell. Sprinkle on onion. Combine eggs, yog urt, cheeses, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth. Pour mixture over broccoli. S prinkle grated nutmeg on top. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until filling is firm and pie shell is golden. Serves 4. Recipe from "One M illion Recipes CD" busted by Judy R. |
