Cheese and Rice CasseroleRecipe : Cheese and Rice Casserole
Procedure :
2 1/2 c Brown Rice, cooked 3 Green Onions (scallions), Chopped 1 c Lowfat Cottage Cheese -or- Hoop Cheese 1 ts Dried Dill 1/4 c Parmesan Cheese, grated 1/2 c Lowfat Milk Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a lightly oiled casserole. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
