Bay Country Crab SoupRecipe : Bay Country Crab Soup
Procedure :
1 lb Beef shin; bone-in 3 qt Water 1 lg Onion; chopped 2 lg Stalks celery; chopped 1 1 pound can tomatoes 1 tb Salt 1/4 ts Black pepper 1/8 ts Cayenne pepper 1 pk Frozen mixed vegetables; - (10 oz) 1 pk Fresh or frozen mixed soup - vegetables 1 lb Maryland regular crabmeat 1/2 lb Maryland claw crabmeat; - 8 ozs Recipe by: The Maryland Seafood Cookbook. Put first 8 ingredients in a large pot and simmer covered, until meat is tender, about three hours. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer covered until vegetables are done.
