Muscle Groups Worked in This Exercise: Quadriceps
Preparation: Stand straight up with hands on hips and exercise band strapped just above the ankles and between your feet.
Breathing: Breath out on the contraction upward and breath back in on the way back down to the start position.
Execution: Begin exercise by taking short alternating steps forward feeling the stretch in your quadriceps as you walk forward.
